Art Hodges III - District Superintendant Art Hodges was elected the District Superintendent at the formation of the new SoCal District in January of 2008. He has served as pastor of South Bay Pentecostal Church for the past 24 years. Pastor Hodges brings a wealth of experience from his time serving on the Western District board and has become a well-respected leader in our movement. He has also served in a variety of other capacities, including church growth coordinator for the Home Missions Division and a member of the HMAC commitee.
